Zebrano

Zebrano (Microberlinia brazzavillensis) is an African tropical hardwood otherwise known as Zebrawood.

Having a very distinct appearance, it is considered a speciality timber and predominantly used for one-off furniture & cabinet making.

Although the timber is very expensive, it is by no means perfect and can sometimes be troublesome when machining due to the prevalence of interlocking grain.
